Come and join our breathing circle, suitable for anyone who has previously experienced Transformational Breath®.
Transformational Breath® is an integrative, connected breathing technique that allows you to access stored emotions and traumas in the body to enable them to integrate and heal. We will be exploring the physical, mental / emotional and spiritual elements of our breath.

During the class, we will breathe, connect and use sound, movement and acupressure to facilitate the opening of the breath.
What will I need?
Please wear loose comfortable clothing, particularly around the abdomen. Try to avoid caffeine and do not eat a heavy meal before coming.
Do bring water, a pillow and blanket for your own comfort. Mats will be provided.
Who is it suitable for?
This is not an introductory class so you must have previously had an Introduction to Transformational Breath® either 1:1 or in a group setting.
This technique is suitable for everyone over the age of 18.
