Welcome in the new seasonal year with a beautiful breathwork retreat day. 

Join us in ceremony as we welcome back the sun and with it our blossoming goals and visions for the year ahead. 

During this five and a half hour workshop, you will learn a powerful breathwork technique that will transform the way you breathe and the way you live your life. You will experience it not only once, but twice during the day which many have shared has given them a deeper experience and transformation.

 

You will go on a journey with your breath which will help you to better understand your own breathing pattern and what that means.

 

Most of us may have a dysfunctional breathing pattern and are only using about a third of our whole respiratory system. Not even half.. We take over 20,000 breaths a day and if I was to ask how many of them are you actually aware of I am guessing maybe none. What else we may not be aware of is that how well we are breathing, can directly impact how well we are feeling.

 

By starting to pay attention to our breath we can start to notice and then unlock some of the tensions, stresses and traumas that we can store away unconsciously that can impact our health and wellbeing without us even realising.

 

Transformational Breath® is an integrative, connected breathing technique that allows you to access stored emotions and traumas in the body to enable them to integrate and heal. We will be exploring the physical, mental / emotional and spiritual elements of our breath.

What will I need?

A pen and notebook for the coaching and any journalling you wish to do throughout the day.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing, particularly around the abdomen. Try to avoid caffeine and do not eat a heavy meal before coming and allow yourself time and space to rest & relax afterwards if possible.

Do bring water, a pillow and blanket for your own comfort. Mats will be provided.

Lunch is not included so please bring your own packed lunch or there are local shops & cafes to choose from.
