Jessie’s story

For years, I lived in survival mode.

From the outside, life looked successful. But inside, I felt exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from myself. Stress had become my normal, and I didn’t realise how much it was affecting every part of my life.

Everything changed when I discovered the power of breathwork. It wasn’t just a breathing technique — it became the gateway back to myself.

As I continued my own healing journey, I realised lasting transformation wasn’t created by breathwork alone. It came from combining nervous system regulation with self-awareness, healthy habits, emotional healing, movement, meditation, mindset, connection and purpose.

The Regulate to Rise Method was born from that journey. Today, I teach the exact framework that transformed my own life.

Before you can create lasting change, your nervous system needs to feel safe. Together we’ll create awareness, clarify where you are today, define where you want to be, clear physical and mental clutter, establish supportive daily rituals, and build the foundations for sustainable wellbeing.

Reconnect

Hearing your own inner wisdom again.

Once you’ve created stability, it’s time to reconnect with yourself. We’ll explore functional breathing, emotional regulation, movement, meditation, sound, nervous system education and spiritual connection.

You’ll begin to hear your own inner wisdom again.

Rise

Transformation that becomes embodied.

Transformation happens when healing becomes embodied. Together we’ll explore inner child healing, mirror work, shadow work, boundaries, relationships, nutrition, lifestyle habits, purpose, joy and manifestation.

You’ll leave with practical tools that support you long after the programme ends.

I’m Jessie.

A breathwork facilitator, leadership wellbeing consultant, speaker and coach with almost a decade of experience helping people reconnect with themselves.

I’ve supported thousands of people through workshops, retreats, corporate programmes and transformational experiences. Everything I teach is grounded not only in professional training but in lived experience.

I know what it feels like to live in survival mode. I also know what’s possible when you learn how to regulate your nervous system and build a life from that foundation.

My mission is simple: to help people come home to themselves.
