Meet your guide

 

Jessie Laute has spent nearly a decade helping people understand what their breath is actually doing — and how to use it differently.

Her own journey started in 2015 after 15 years in the corporate world left her burnt out. Breathwork was what changed things. Through consistent practice she worked through deep-rooted stress and trauma, rebuilt her relationship with her own nervous system, and eventually left her career to teach others how to do the same.

She's now one of the UK's longest-standing breath coaches — a certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator, Chair of the Transformational Breath® Foundation UK, and Co-Director of the School Breathe Programme, taking breathwork into schools across the country.

She created Regulate to Rise because most people will never access a one-to-one breathwork session — but everyone deserves to understand how their breath works and what it can do for them.

You don't need to do every practice perfectly. You don't need to love every exercise.

Some techniques will land straight away. Others might take a second listen. That's completely normal — this isn't a pass or fail situation.
